Was inscribed by author but the person to whom the inscription was written has been excised by cutting out top half of front endpaper leaving only "with the compliments of Thos. Edwin Farish" and date. Ex-lib, Automobile Club of California, with their bookplate on front pastedowns; sticker removal residue on lower spines. No other library marking; above mentioned cut out of front ep; otherwise a clean, tight set. Good or better condition thus. |
