18" x 11.5"; printed columnar form; autograph entries in ink; two payroll ticket vouchers, 2.5" x 4" printed on card stock tipped in on lower portion of sheet. 34 line entries showing employee name; days worked; wages; occupation [drivers, wood loaders, foremen]; total amount; payment received, with signatures of each employee. The attached vouchers are to the Paymaster for final pay to John & E. Spencer who each worked 31 days as wood loader, and driver respectively. Both signed by R. H. McDonald, Foreman. McDonald is also represented as a Superintendent on the pay roll sheet. Normal fold creases; 1" closed tear right edge, near fine condition thus. |
