My London correspondent advises me that [Consolidated Esmeralda] is selling for 9 and 9-6. We ought to have that little block of stock we were figuring for. Guess we had better raise the offer to one dollar. Let me hear from you or what would be better, come down again and help me make calls." Telegram states: "Am shipping per Enos Soule, two hundred fifty tons - shall I draw as before." Fine condition. |
