[NEVADA]. Autograph Assignment of Wages on letterhead of Virginia Lumber Yard, Lonkey & Smith, Proprietors, 1876

10" x 8"; single printed & ruled sheet; autograph docket entries on reverse. Virginia, Nevada, November 1st, 1876. For and in consideration of the sum of $100 gold coin, for which he is indepted to Lonkey & Smith, Charley Sullivan assigns, sells and set's over to them all the wages that may accrue to him for his services to the V. & T. R. R. for the month of November, etc., etc. Signed by Sullivan. Noted Paid in Full, Dec. 9th as per Pay Roll down the left margin. Normal fold creases; note in pen regarding order over left corner of letterhead, else fine.
