First page a summary of charges for transmitting telegrams per bill rendered at Empire City; telegrams transmitted under frank to points offline of road; rebate, etc. Pages 2 & 3 itemizing 74 lines of messages showing date, number, origin, destination, recipient name and charge. V & T. auditor's voucher signed off by A. M. Ardery and H. M. Thornton showing the $28.88 bill paid charged to Express Acct. Spike puncture, else fine. |
