Including: 17" x 22" black & white map of the Rail and Motor Coach Lines of the Pacific Electric Ry. in Southern California, 1942 showing passenger, freight and motor coach lines; 2 local timetables, Los Angeles, Glendale, Burbank Rail & Motor Coach,1936 and a 1935 Routes and Service of Motor Coach Lines in Glendale, with map; 2 complete timetables, 31 & 39 pps. for July 1935 & December 1937; a printed color circular for the Pacific Electric, Tanner Combination Tour, c.1920 folds out to 5.5" x 11" red & blue on white map illus. of Mt. Lowe trip; 3 printed, illustrated circulars, folded to 4p., 10.25" x 6.75" - one announcing New Motor Coach Service to Hollywood, etc. with map & tables, c. 1931 the next advertising the Huntington Park, Long Beach line "Ride the Big Pacific Electric Coaches" with tables, c. 1931; last an announcement lTo the Public and Patrons of the Pacific Electric . . . announcing changes on the Los Angeles - Sawtelle - Brentwood and Santa Monica lines, 1927. Plus approx. 47 pocket timetables for various local routes. Also, a Pacific Electric Ry., Sunday & Holiday pass for September, 1935, punched and several punched transfers, 1935, 1963. Former owner has noted numbers for lines in light red pencil large and added a few lines & connections in light green pencil on large black & white map; light pencil notes in July, 1935 timetable. Overall very good or better condition. |
